Toto rozhodnut\u00ed bylo zalo\u017eeno na rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu a\u00a0anal\u00fdz\u00e1ch po\u017eadavk\u016f lok\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu.
