dopaj diferite de cele ale siliciului de tip P utilizat \u00een mod curent. Siliciul de tip N ofer\u0103 mai multe avantaje, inclusiv o sensibilitate mai sc\u0103zut\u0103 la degradarea indus\u0103 de lumin\u0103 (LID, light-induced degradation) \u0219i coeficien\u021bi de temperatur\u0103 mai buni, care se traduc prin performan\u021be mai ridicate \u0219i o durat\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103 mai lung\u0103.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00cen schimb, tehnologia TopCon utilizeaz\u0103 un strat mai sub\u021bire de oxid de siliciu pentru a pasiviza suprafe\u021bele celulelor solare, reduc\u00e2nd astfel recombinarea purt\u0103torilor \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bind eficien\u021ba general\u0103. Aceast\u0103 tehnologie ajut\u0103 la ob\u021binerea unor randamente mai mari de conversie a energiei prin reducerea la minimum a pierderilor de energie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Combina\u021bia cu plachete de siliciu de tip N conduce la o limit\u0103 superioar\u0103 estimat\u0103 a eficien\u021bei celulelor TOPCon de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 28,7\u00a0%, care este mai mare dec\u00e2t cea a celulelor PERC cu partea din spate pasivat\u0103, care este de aproximativ 24,5\u00a0%. Prelucrarea produselor TOPCon este mai compatibil\u0103 cu liniile de produc\u021bie existente pentru celulele PERC, ceea ce duce la un echilibru mai bun al costurilor de produc\u021bie \u0219i la o eficien\u021b\u0103 mai mare a modulelor.
