Solarity has a new Sales Director and Marketing Manager
We are proud to welcome onboard new members of Solarity management team: Thomas Vernersson as new Sales Director and Jiří Poláček as new Marketing Manager.
Thomas Vernersson brings to Solarity more than 20 years of experience from Automotive and Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing industries, from world-leading organisations such as Rimaster and Snap-On. As new Sales Director, Thomas will focus on strengthening our position in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Middle-East and North Africa (MENA) regions and opening doors to new market areas.
“I believe that to be a successful international partner, you need a strong local presence and the right capability and expertise. The priority now is to increase our potential. As a first measure, we will be seeing multiple offices and warehouses being built or acquired soon, “ comments Thomas on his priorities.
“What is even more essential is that we continue to strengthen our position in our pre-existing markets. Only in this way, we can continue to provide and generate income for our current partners while we grow at the same time.”
Jiří Poláček has broad marketing experience from Consumer Electronics (Philips) and Telecommunications (O2). Together with our marketing team, he will be leading all B2B marketing, advertising, and PR activities and will be responsible for setting and implementing our marketing strategy.

Thomas and Jiří are located in our headquarters office in Prague, Czech Republic, and are directly working with our representations in Hungary, Jordan, Poland and Ukraine. Besides them, we have already hired 15 new employees in sales and back-office related positions since the beginning of the year, in order to meet the ever-growing demand from the markets.
