Option 1 - goods in stock in quantities of up to 3 euro pallets

after payment of the order, we forward the information to the customer care department
we order the shipping
we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note
goods are delivered within 3 working days after loading

Option 2 - goods in stock in quantities over 3 Euro pallets

after payment of the order, we forward the information to the customer care department
we order a carrier
we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note
goods are delivered within 34 working days after loading

Option 3 - goods from the supplier (shipping container)

after payment of the order, we will arrange the goods with the supplier and arrange transportation
as soon as the supplier informs us that the order is ready for dispatch, we immediately organise a loading
we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note. We also add ETA (Estimated time of arrival) information
in Jordan, we deliver the goods within 34 working days from the supplier’s information that the order has been shipped
