Q CELLS has launched a new higher power solar module into the market – the Q.PEAK DUO-G10.
The Q.PEAK DUO-G10 solar module builds upon the technological prowess of its predecessor – the Q.PEAK DUO-G9 – and packs in more power thanks to the larger M6 wafers. The compact 132 half-cell version for residential installations – the Q.PEAK DUO (BF) ML-G10 – can deliver power output up to 415 Wp, making it one of the most potent rooftop modules on the market.
For ground-mounted solutions, the 144 half-cell module – the Q.PEAK DUO XL-G10.2 – delivers up to 495 Wp, which is up to 80 W more module power than a standard 144 half-cell module.
Both the 132 half-cell and 144-half cell versions of the Q.PEAK DUO-G10 provide exceptional efficiencies of 20.9% and 21.6%, respectively thanks to Q.ANTUM DUO Z Technology, which arranges the module in a zero-gap cell layout. With a higher yield per surface area, the Q.PEAK DUO-G10 series helps lower BOS costs for the customer while delivering industry-leading performance and reliability.
Made at the Q CELLS production facility in Malaysia, the Q.PEAK DUO-G10 will be widely available across Europe since January 2022.

The reliability of Q CELLS’ PERC-based modules is thoroughly tested by TÜV Rheinland, which recently launched its Quality Controlled PV (QCPV) program designed to raise the bar even higher on testing standards for solar modules. The Q.PEAK DUO-G10 is the latest Q CELLS module to gain QCPV certification, ensuring additional peace of mind for our residential customers who want low maintenance, high-performance solar solution.
The M6 wafers that comprise the cells of the Q.PEAK DUO-G10 module series measure 166mm, but for customers intent on pursuing an even higher power class, Q CELLS has developed the Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.2 solar module, which uses M10 wafers measuring 182mm to reach a power output of up to 590 Wp.
This makes the Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.2 the first Q CELLS module to surpass the 500 Wp mark, with an efficiency of 21.7% using zero gap technology. This is also Q CELLS’ largest solar module to date; one that delivers extremely high yield per surface area thanks to the high-performance metrics of the company’s renowned Q.ANTUM technology.
