Ukraine reducing FiT

Ukrainian state energy regulator (NCER) announced, that due to economic problems in the country, renewable energy sources support will be shortened. According to NCER decision, FiT for new PV sources will be reduced by 50%. The older, already installed PV sources will get the FiT reduced by 20%.
