One of the key Solarity goals is to serve our customers in the best way possible. That is why we joined the Fronius System Partner Plus program.
The program is designed to provide proactive maintenance service of Fronius products to customers and undertake service cases issued by Fronius where onsite assistance is required.
Solarity’s technical team in Jordan is trained to repair and service all ranges of snap inverters. As we are an official Fronius Service Partner our experienced engineers can conduct a thorough investigation, not just of the inverter but of the whole system, to pinpoint where the problem is. One of the benefits of the FSP+ program is the priority for service, stock, and faster returns which allows getting the problem resolved in a shorter time.
Our team in Jordan successfully changed a Filter Board for one of the inverters after working through the case with Fronius themselves and brought the inverter back to life. Furthermore, with the help received from Fronius specialists, a new procedure for all MENA cases was established.
Solarity is still working on the development with the warranty cases with Fronius to make everything systematic and more advisable for all clients. Our engineers are full of enthusiasm and eager to deepen their knowledge.
